Manage key account activities with specialty retailers with at least 5
points of sale for accounts valuing at least $15 million per
year on behalf of a luxury retail beverage manufacturer. Have
responsibility for achieving total annual sales objective of at
least $10 million. Manage development and presentation of
promotion materials at trade events.
Manage
installation and merchandising of dedicated coffee corner
displays. Support the Sales Department through strategic
planning and implementation of dedicated coffee corner displays,
POSM and the demonstration program. Assist in analysis and
process optimization within the commercial sales group. Support
the Commercial Sales team in the management of the dedicated
coffee corner displays program, emphasizing in-store
visibility/merchandising and execution of opportunities with Key
Trade accounts. Support V.P. of Sales in day-to-day management
of key accounts, driving the dedicated coffee corner display
sell-out, in-store POSM, marketing activities, and ROI.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Responsible for
the administration and successful execution of the sell-out
program in North America POS. Manage trade marketing and
category management for key accounts, and manage benchmarking
results of these activities and ensure effectiveness. Provide
frequent competitive analysis to sales team and management.
Act as a liaison
between marketing and commercial departments. Update sales
planning tools quarterly, and make suggestions for enhancements
to V.P. Sales. Ensure branding guidelines are met, and set-up &
breakdown are executed within budget. Administrate and update
selling tools, including management of Action Book, NesPOS, and
Demo Website. Support successful rollout of the Nespresso Trade
Academy in the U.S. Oversee the Commercial Assistant in
assigning and ensuring that key administrative tasks are
completed and special projects are managed.
Requirements
Bachelor's
degree in business administration, marketing or related field,
and 2 years of experience in coordinating key account activities
with specialty retailers with at least 5 points of sale for
accounts valuing at least $10 million per year on behalf of a
luxury retail food or beverage manufacturer.
Stated or other
experience must include 2 years of experience with the
following: responsibility for achieving total annual sales
objective of at least $10 million; developing and presenting
promotion materials at trade events; and participating in
installation or merchandising of dedicated coffee corner
displays. Experience may, but need not, be gained concurrently.
